IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL INTERSTATE MOTOR CARRIERS, FREIGHT FORWARDERS, BROKERS AND LEASING COMPANIES

In a letter dated March 31, 2008, from Governor Bobby Jindal to the US Department of Transportation, the Unified Carrier Registration Program has been transferred from the Louisiana Public Service Commission(LPSC) to the Louisiana Department of Public Safety (DPS).
